My stress and anxiety reduction program is designed to help you manage and overcome feelings of stress and anxiety, which will often result in a positive impact on sleep. Through a series of 8 to 12 hypnotherapy sessions (more if required), I can help you make changes in your everyday life, allowing you to live more freely in an increasingly complicated world.
My weight loss and healthy eating program is designed to help you develop healthy eating habits through a series of 8 to 12 sessions (more if required). We will work together to develop a way of thinking which allows you to make healthier choices. This will encourage you to enjoy a more positive and healthy relationship with food.
My solution-focussed smoking cessation program is designed to help you quit smoking for good. This normally involves a few sessions (however many needed) to reduce general stress levels, allowing you to be more prepared for the final smoking cessation session which helps you overcome cravings, manage stress, and develop a healthier lifestyle.
